The Barbera is produced with grapes D.O.C. Deriving from vineyards
of over thirty years. The whole many factors (the climate, the exposure
to the sun, the ground) they allow to produce with the grapes, harvests,
a wine with intense perfumes and aromas characteristic. The Barbera is
of color red intense ruby, wine introduces him full-bodied, of elevated
alcoholic degree, the dry taste, a bruised po, with the age it gets sharper
and it becomes of full and round taste. The Barbera is combined to the
dishes typical of the kitchen Italian of the Piedmont as spaghetti with
porky mushrooms, to the hypocrites, or otherwise tasted with meats
redheads, with cheeses and game served to the temperature of 18 degrees.
Year 2010, have allowed to realize
a good wine ! The color is read ruby ,
good body, structure and harmony.
